Neel Amin, MD, attended the Augusta University Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA, and received his medical degree in 2004. Furthermore, he conducted his anesthesiology residency at the same educational venue, i.e., the Medical College of Georgia (2004-2008). In addition, he completed his fellowship training in pain medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA (2008-2009). Dr. Amin received board certification in anesthesiology and the subspecialty of interventional pain medicine from the American Board of Anesthesiology. He remains an active member of the American Medical Association, the American Medical Student Association, the American Association of Physicists in Medicine, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the Georgia Society of Anesthesiologists, the Florida Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Florida Medical Association. In addition to his medical degree, he holds an undergraduate degree with a minor in clarinet music performance, which has allowed him the unique opportunity to perform in Savannah River Winds Symphony from 2004-2006.
